New Construction is always changing so I thought I would update everyone on the latest cahnges. If you’ve been following new construction activity in Solterra, you’ve probably noticed that the Cadence Townhomes by Brookfield have quickly become one of the most talked-about additions to the neighborhood. And now, there’s more coming.
Filing 17: The Next Phase of Cadence Townhomes
The next section of Cadence townhomes (and last) in Solterra will be built in Filing 17, and it’s expected to include approximately 55 new Brookfield townhomes. If you walk or drive over to W Warren Ave and S Poppy St (Just to the east of the First Brookfield Townhomes built) You will see all the infrastructure taking place.This next phase will feature four different floor plans and continue the modern design style that has made the recent Cadence releases so popular.
Rooftop Decks on Every Home
One of the most exciting features in Filing 17 is that every townhome is expected to include a rooftop deck.From a Solterra perspective, this is a meaningful upgrade. These rooftop spaces are designed to take advantage of mountain views, open space, and Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle.For buyers who want outdoor living without maintaining a large yard, this will be a strong draw.
Timing Update
Originally, there was some expectation that this next phase would be released sooner. Based on what I’m seeing right now, Filing 17 appears to be slightly delayed.The current expectation is that new releases will likely happen later this year, with more details around pricing and availability coming closer to launch.Delays like this are not unusual with new construction, especially in a community like Solterra where demand has remained strong.
What This Means for Buyers
If you’re considering Cadence townhomes, this next phase is worth watching closely.With only 55 homes(approx) planned, there’s a strong chance demand will be high and early opportunities may move quickly.The addition of rooftop decks could make this one of the most desirable phases released so far.The upcoming Cadence Townhomes in Filing 17 are shaping up to be a strong addition to Solterra.Between the new floor plans, rooftop decks, and continued demand for this style of home, this is a release worth paying attention to over the coming months.
