Our Market has changed! We Currently have 24 properties on the Market in Solterra Colorado.
We have not seen this level of Inventory of homes on the market since 2020!
I track the Solterra Inventory Daily and unfortunately; we have had only one property under contract in the past 3 weeks.
What is going on with the lack of buyer demand?
1.Affordability. Interest rates are holding in and around 7%. These higher interest rates are making Mortgages more expensive. In 2021 when we had 2% to 3% Interest rates- we did not have enough Inventory.
2.Economic Uncertainty. Recent Consumer confidence data showed a sharp plunge in sentiment about the US Economy.
This is a great time to buy in Solterra. You have lots of choices!
