What’s going on with the empty Townhouse lots between Yale Ave and Washburn Ave? You can see from the picture that there is no more construction going on for additional Brookfield Townhomes in Solterra Colorado. I reached out to Brookfield and the follow up from them is that they’re waiting on water tap/permit approval for the additional townhomes. There will be about 25+/- more townhomes to be built. Not sure when that will take place but as you can see from the picture, the lots are developed. They just need to be built. For now, we’ll have to wait-and-see.
