One of the great things about our neighborhood is all the walking paths. We have paths that are in great shape and well-maintained next to our streets, but we also have paths that meander throughout the neighborhood that are next to green space.
Thinking of having your dog off leash? No problem! We have a wonderful off leash dog park at the top of the neighborhood called Forsberg dog park. The dog park is a fully fenced area with two separate spaces for large and small dogs. We are very fortunate to have this off leash dog park that basically backs up to our neighborhood. There are fantastic views of the front range foothills from the park.
These community spaces are just another example of why our neighborhood is so desirable and always will be.
