Just as quickly as our market changed last year, with the skyrocketing interest rates, we’re seeing a surge of buyer activity here at the beginning of the year. There seems to be more buyer demand and urgency to buy properties in Solterra Colorado, with five properties go under contract in at the start of 2023. We haven’t had this much activity with houses going under contract so quickly since the middle of last year. This is promising for our spring market so if you’re thinking about making a move now is about the best time as any to get the house on the market.
