The Brookfield townhomes are coming along in Solterra Colorado. As you can see, there are foundations being poured now and we can expect 24 spec townhomes for sale starting this spring. The new Brookfield townhomes are currently being built in Solterra filing 19 which is at the corner of S. McIntyre St. and W. Warren Ave.Once filing nineteen sells out, Brookfield will move to the other townhouse location at Washburn and Yale Avenue to start construction on filing 18 and 20, which will add to the total number of townhomes expected to be sold in Solterra of 133.
The builder anticipates delivering move-in ready townhomes by the end of 2022 with pricing expected to be in the high fives or lower 600’s.
