If you’ve driven South McIntyre lately, you’ll notice some concrete pads have been added for the future site of the Brookfield townhomes. The new construction is on the corner of West Warren and Sapp McIntyre and there will be another location at the corner of W. Washburn Ave. and S. Orchard St. If you drive by that location you’ll see the same concrete pads laid out for the future Brookfield townhomes.As of right now, it looks like the first release will be starting in January 2022 with two different plans (interior and exterior), similar to the Cardel Townhouses. Square footage will range from 1800 to 2200 ft.² but no rooftop decks on these townhomes, Lakewood would not allow it.
There will be 132 total townhomes but as of this post, no pricing, lot layout, map of parking or green space has been released yet.
