AS of this Blog post 9/7/2021 there are only 2 houses on the market and we have 10 under contract. Here is my crystal ball on what’s going on with the market-
- We still have record low interest rates which are helping buyers purchase more expensive homes so this is helping with buyer demand.
- We still have a lot of relocation buyers from out of State and we have a lot of buyers that can work from home now so why not live in Solterra Colorado!
- Our location is pretty awesome! If you look around the West side of the Denver Metro area, Solterra’s site is in a super premium location to the City and Mountains. So easy to get Downtown Denver or to Golden and the Ski areas.
- The new Brookfield construction is backed up with a huge wait list. If you want new construction you will have wait a year or two so this continues to put pressure on the resale market.
