December 2020 will most likely be the Lowest inventory in Solterra‘s history. As of December 20th, we only have ONE resale home in the neighborhood and in my 13 years of selling real estate in Solterra, I have never seen this low of an inventory for buyers looking for their new home in Solterra.
Looking back at April of this year, just in the 900,000 to 1,000,000 price point, we had 11 homes for sale. At that point it was truly a buyers market for that price point. Now with such low inventory and high demand, all price points in Solterra are a Sellers market. And with interest rates at all time low’s, buyers are finding a wonderful opportunity to move into a larger home that Solterra offers.
There is new construction being built by Brookfield that is available, and at the time of this blog there are four spec homes that are brand new and move in ready.
