Price points for the Big Sky and Harvest homes will finish out well above $700k. The Big Sky homes will be starting in the mid $700’s and will finish out in the $800’s after lot premium, structural and design upgrades. The Harvest homes will hopefully be releasing soon (next month) and they are actually larger than the Big Sky homes and will be starting in the $800’s and finishing out $900+ after lot premium, structural and design upgrades.
