Last week I attended the Solterra HOA meeting and was elected to be on the board for the next three years. This will be the third HOA board I have sat on and I’m excited to offer my experience to the Solterra HOA.
There is a HOA meeting on December 2, 2019 for the Fossil Ridge Metropolitan District (this HOA is separate from the Solterra HOA) and I expect this meeting should be well attended as the fees in Fossil Ridge Metro District are being raised. In all my years of experience I found that any time a HOA fee is proposed to be increased, it usually draws the most homeowners for discussion. We have 1163 homes in the neighborhood and everyone will be affected by this HOA increase. I will be there, and I hope to see many of you there too.
