I recently toured the new Brookfield Townhomes in Midtown, located at 64th and Pecos, to get a sense of what might be coming to Solterra in Lakewood in the new Brookfield Townhome filing 18-21. The Brookfield TH’s coming to Solterra will be slightly larger than those in Midtown and will include three different floorplans, but still part of the “Cadence” series. The pictures that you see below are the “Cadence” Townhomes built by Brookfield in Midtown and while slightly smaller, represent what will be coming to Solterra in Lakewood this fall. If you’re interested in being the first buyer to get the best lots, I know when they are being released so please contact me.
