Take a drive down McIntyre street and you’ll see on the east side of the street all the development that’s going on by Brookfield. As you can see in this photo, the roads are being developed for the new Brookfield Homes and it won’t be long before Brookfield will start building some of their models. This development is filing 17 and the future location of Brookfield’s detached single-family homes. There will be a total of 72 detached single-family’s homes built in this filing and this will be the LAST section of detached single-family homes being built in Solterra.
