I took these Pictures from one of the Cardel town houses I’m closing on in a couple weeks. There will be new Brookfield townhomes going in right across the street from the existing Cardell Townhouses. They just started doing the infrastructure work such as adding water, sewer and electricity. It looks like the timeframe for the new Brookfield townhouses in Solterra will be closer to this summer for purchase.
