If you’re looking for brand new construction and a main floor master detached single-family home, then the place to look is Solterra. In the next few months, Brookfield will release the next filing for Solterra, located right by the Solterra water tower and just east of McIntyre Street. The filing will include two different product lines, one called “Harvest” and another called “Big Sky”. While floorplans and lot maps aren’t yet available to the public, Brookfield told me that there will be three main floor master options in the new builds, providing more choices to the buyer. Options are as follows:
1. Option 1: Harvest- this will be a ranch floorplan, approximately 2600 ft.² with main floor master, two bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage and the starting price will be in the mid 700’s.
2. Option 2: Big sky- this will be a two-story house, approximately 2400 ft.² including a main floor master, two bedrooms up, three bathrooms and a two-car garage, with pricing in the mid to upper 600’s.
3. Option 3: Big sky- this will be a ranch plan, approximately 2000 ft.² with a main floor master, two bedrooms, two baths, and a two-car garage with pricing in the mid 600’s.
All the floorplans will have an option to finish the basement and add an additional bedroom and bath.
