Brookfield is going to start building their new townhouse product line in Early Spring 2019. The townhouse will be a three-story model, similar to the Cardell model in Solterra, with a built-in garage on the main floor, combined living-kitchen-dining on the second floor and then bedrooms and bathrooms on the third floor. True to Brookfield’s’ nature, there are some cool options including rooftop decks to see the foothills and Rooney valley and/or an elevator to travel and down instead of worrying about too many stairs, a great alternative to a main floor master.
