Brookfield will start building their new Solterra townhouses soon. There aren’t any floor plans or prices yet but the ground is cleared and the stakes went in last week. The location of the new Brookfield townhouses is just south of the Cardel townhomes at the corner of Yale/Washburn and South Orchard where it meets McIntyre.
