Brookfield Townhouses coming soon to Solterra!
Looks like January is the projected date for release of the new Brookfield Townhouses. Brookfield built the same townhouses in Mid-Town(64th and Pecos) and while I am not sure if they are Sold out yet, it may be worth while head over to Mid-Town and check out floor plans for comparison sake.
